The case studies described here really happened at a local community college, but these case studies are about the future, not the past. Only by identifying inappropriate behavior can members of the organization learn from the past and avoid making the same mistakes again.
The questions at the end of each case study are intended to stimulate discussion of the situation and what the actions and responses of the people involved and the Administration of the college should be when the behavior happens again.
